LCUK has evolved as a charity from solely performing in care homes to responding to the post pandemic world. We now offer a musical accompaniment to the dementia journey, from the initial diagnosis where we serve in the community to palliative care with the bedside one to one. Our Choir of Hope is a bereavement choir, especially meaningful to those living with the long goodbye of dementia.
We are only able to continue this vital work through the generosity of our supporters, donors, funders and volunteers. By the end of 2023 we anticipate exceeding our pre pandemic number of sessions per year which was 1,300 and due to the variety of sessions we now offer, we will also be impacting the lives of far more people than ever before.
