The “Gift of Music” Pendant is presented to special individuals who have demonstrated exceptional acts of merit in supporting our mission. This could include volunteering, performing, supporting or sharing the transformative gift of music. These inspiring contributions uplift spirits and brighten futures across our community, and the pendant serves as a token of recognition and appreciation for their efforts.

As a token of gratitude for supporters who donate £25 or more to Lost Chord UK can request the “Gift of Music” Pendant as a heartfelt thank-you. To receive your pendant:

1. Make an online donation via our Enthuse partner form below.
   
2. Tick the box in the donation form to opt to stay in touch with us, this ensures we have your permission to send it.
3. Include a note in the form to let us know you’d like a memory pendant.
4. If you wish to “gift” the pendant to honour or celebrate someone special who believes in the power of music, please write gift in your message on the donation form. We can then include a “blank letter of honour”, allowing you to personalise the gift for your recipient.
