Dementia Friendly Interactive Community Music Sessions
A glorious interactive music session with professional musicians from Lost Chord UK. Forty five minutes of music to suit all tastes and to bring joy to mind, body and spirit.
Fully funded by Take Note Choir Blackheath and Relish. With thanks to St James’ Church, and Age Exchange for their support.
