Lost Chord holds auditions for professional musicians and singers, throughout the year in London, Cardiff and Yorkshire.
If you would like to join a team of musicians passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people living with dementia, please email: clare@lost-chord.org.uk with your cv, a sample hour long programme of music for performance in a residential care home or at a memory café and a covering letter explaining why you would like to work for Lost Chord.
