Celebrate Lost Chord’s 20th birthday with a round of golf!
TAKE to the greens, tee off and help top dementia charity Lost Chord to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special round of golf at Rotherham Golf Club.
Lost Chord, the organisation that provides vital interactive musical experiences for people living with dementia in care homes and day centres across the region and nationally, is celebrating its 20th birthday throughout 2019.
And on Friday May 17 there will be chance for sports fans to join the fundraising fun as the charity hosts the Lost Chord Golf Day at Rotherham Golf Club.
Entry is just £240 per team of four – or £60 per person – with a choice of tee off time, a hot bacon roll and coffee to start and a two course presentation dinner at the end of the day.
The day also includes a putting competition, prizes for nearest to the pin and longest drive and a raffle.
“Our golf day is always extremely successful and popular and this year we want it to be even more special,” said Lost Chord Chief Executive Helena Muller.
“As it is our 20th anniversary, we are hoping to have 20 teams competing and helping us to carry on finding our vital programme of musical events.
“Now is the time to sign up a team or you can also join in as an individual player and we’ll make sure you have a team to play with.
“And if you really can’t get along, you can also get involved by donating a prize for our raffle!”
