Here’s some feedback from a couple of our dedicated volunteers, who thoroughly enjoyed their evening at Sir Cliff Richard’s concert last Sunday, which was part of The Blue Sapphire Tour in London…
“We had a wonderful weekend away in London attending the Sir Cliff Richard concert as guests of Lost Chord UK, of which Sir Cliff is one of the charity’s patrons. He really did amaze us with his performance – even at 83 years young, he’s still got it! The band and backing singers were brilliant too and it’s not often you get to watch and listen to a ‘National Treasure’, what an inspiration he is to us all.
Another highlight of the weekend was walking through the parks by Buckingham Palace and the Albert Hall. We were very humbled by the passing veterans displaying their medals during our walk across London. Many thanks to Lost Chord UK (and Sir Cliff of course!) for this fantastic opportunity.
