Tribute to Jean Robson.
We at Lost Chord are all devastated to hear that after a 14 year struggle with cancer one of our volunteers Jean Robson died on Friday 1st June.
Jean was a wonderfully dedicated and invaluable volunteer – one of the best who would do anything for anyone.
She was in remission when she joined Lost Chord and carried on working long after the secondary’s took hold as well as having a heart condition.
I have nothing but a tremendous amount of admiration for a woman who will be sorely missed by all at Lost Chord.
The funeral will take place at Sherwood Forest Crematorium at Ollerton at 3.30pm on Friday 8th June.
Malcolm her husband extends a warm welcome to all who wish to attend. International Flutist Clare Donahue (ne Langan) one of our exceptional musicians has agreed to perform a piece on her flute at the service.
